The song gift service and the rights included in your purchase.
Using Melodessa
By using Melodessa, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and keep your email account and sign-in links secure. Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe another person's rights, interfere with the service or attempt unauthorized access.
Your words and recordings
You review and confirm the complete lyrics before music generation. The service uses an external music provider and results may vary. Only submit lyrics, stories and images you have the right to use. A free preview is subject to account, abuse-prevention and available-budget limits.
Song gift packages
Single Gift includes one song project; Gift Pack includes three. Each new paid project includes an initial round with up to two recordings and one remake for the same recipient and occasion within 30 days, with up to two more recordings. Unused song slots do not expire. Successful archived versions can be downloaded.
Payment and refunds
The price and currency are shown before payment. An unused purchase can be submitted for a full refund within 14 days through your song library when eligible. Technical delivery issues can be reviewed by support. A submitted or pending refund is not a completed refund. These service terms do not remove rights that apply under law.
Delivery and storage
New paid projects include 24 months of cloud storage. Keep your downloaded files for your own records. Gift links can be revoked and can be opened by anyone who has the link. Older guest orders retain the price and delivery terms recorded for that order.
